Student Application Checklist
For Bachelor of Science in Education
Thank you for your interest in Thomas University’s online undergraduate degree program.
To reserve your seat in a Bachelor of Science in Education cohort we will need your application and a government issued photo ID. These items can be found in Steps 1 and 2 and can be completed by clicking the button next to the step.
Application for Admission
Complete and submit the cohort application by clicking the button.

Please upload and submit a valid government issued photo ID.
Once your seat has been reserved, follow the remaining steps to complete your admissions file:
Financial Aid & Payment Options
Determine how you plan to pay for the program: Financial Aid or Tuition Payment Plan. If using Financial Aid, Complete the FAFSA. It is in your best interest to complete the financial aid process as early as possible.

Three Letters of Recommendation
The easiest and fastest way to request a reference is to use our online system. This will allow us to e-mail reference forms directly to your recommenders on your behalf. Each applicant must submit three recommendation forms from professional or academic references.
Official Transcripts
All applicants must submit official/sealed transcripts from all institutions where coursework was completed, even if a degree was not awarded. An official transcript is required for every course for which transfer credit is being requested.

If scores are not provided on the transcript, please submit below:
To send ACT scores, students should access act.org , sign into their “MyACT” account , and send their scores directly to Thomas University.
To send SAT scores, most students use Collegeboard. They will need to login to their account and send the scores directly to Thomas University.
If the student does not meet score requirements or does not plan to take either test, the student must take the Accuplacer provided by Thomas University. The score requirement for the Accuplacer is a 437 composite. To schedule the Accuplacer, please let your enrollment advisor know you need to schedule.

Thomas University strictly limits enrollment in each program to 20 students and accepts reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
